Her approach is informed by her own experience of the Children Act and financial proceedings\, including giving evidence at a Final Hearing. Before founding her consultancy\, she graduated from Cambridge University with a degree in History and qualified as a barrister\, earning five scholarships from Middle Temple. She went on to practise Criminal Law at the Bar\, appearing daily in the magistrates’\, Crown\, and High Courts. \n\n\n\n\n\nHannah Budd Divorce Consultant and Partner Rosefield Divorce Consultancy  \n\n\n\nHannah works as a divorce consultant\, combining her legal background with practical and emotional support to give clients flexibility and continuity throughout their separation. She is trained in child psychology and trauma to ensure her work is psychologically informed and child-centred. She is a member of Resolution and a judge for the Lexis Nexis Family Law Awards\, and was named “Top Recommended” in The Spears 2024 Divorce Consultancy and Support Services Legal Indices.
