Monthly Feedback Prize Draw – Terms and Conditions

1. About the prize draw

1.1. The Support Through Court Monthly Feedback Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is operated by Support Through Court a registered charity in England and Wales (“we”, “us” or “the Charity”). 

1.2. The purpose of the Prize Draw is to thank people who take the time to provide feedback about our services. 

1.3. Entry into the Prize Draw is optional. Choosing not to enter the Prize Draw will not affect the services or support you receive from the Charity.

2. Eligibility

2.1. The Prize Draw is open to people who have submitted a completed feedback form during the relevant monthly entry period. 

2.2. To enter, you must: 

  • complete the feedback form; 
  • click the link to enter the Prize Draw at the submission page; and 
  • provide the contact details requested for the purpose of administering the Prize Draw. 

2.3. Only one entry will be accepted per person per completed feedback form. 

2.4. Charity employees, trustees and anyone directly involved in administering or selecting the Prize Draw may not enter. 

2.5. We reserve the right to exclude an entry where we reasonably believe that the entry is fraudulent, duplicated, incomplete or otherwise does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

3. Entry period

3.1. Each monthly Prize Draw will include eligible entries received between 00:00 on the first day of the month and 23:59 on the last day of that month

3.2. Entries received outside the relevant monthly entry period will be included in the next available Prize Draw, where applicable. 

4. The Prize

4.1. One winner will be selected at random each month. 

4.2. The winner will receive one online gift voucher with a value of £20

4.3. The specific gift voucher provider may be determined by the Charity and may be subject to availability. 

4.4. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

5. Selecting the winner

5.1. The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the relevant monthly entry period. 

5.2. The random selection will be carried out using an automated electronic process. 

5.3. The Charity will maintain an appropriate record of the draw, including the number of eligible entries and the winning entry. 

5.4. The Charity’s decision regarding the administration of the Prize Draw and selection of the winner will be final.

6. Contacting the winner

 6.1. The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided when entering the Prize Draw. 

6.2. If the Charity is unable to contact the winner within 14 days, or the winner does not provide the information reasonably required to issue the prize, the Charity reserves the right to select an alternative winner at random. 

6.3. The Charity will not publish the winner’s name or other personal information without their consent. 

7. Personal information 

7.1. Personal information provided for entry into the Prize Draw will be used only for the purposes of administering the Prize Draw, contacting the winner and issuing the prize, unless we have another lawful basis for using it. 

7.2. Prize Draw information will be kept separate from the feedback provided by participants. Entering the Prize Draw will not affect how feedback is considered or used for service improvement. 

7.3. Personal information relating to unsuccessful Prize Draw entries will be deleted or securely destroyed in accordance with the Charity’s applicable data retention arrangements.

8. Feedback and entry

8.1. Entering the Prize Draw does not affect how the feedback provided is considered, evaluated or used by the Charity. 

8.2. The Prize Draw is intended to encourage and thank people for providing feedback. It does not affect eligibility for, or access to, any Charity service.

9. Changes to the Prize Draw 

9.1. The Charity reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Prize Draw where reasonably necessary, including where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary. 

9.2. Any changes will not affect entries already submitted except where this is necessary to prevent fraud, comply with legal requirements or address circumstances outside the Charity’s reasonable control.

10. Acceptance of these Terms 

10.1. By selecting the option to enter the Prize Draw, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
