We can help at all stages of the court process. It is recommended that you book an appointment. Please note that we ONLY support Family cases, but we do offer face-to-face support for civil cases at our service at the Royal Courts of Justice.
Operating Hours
We’re open for face-to-face appointments on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays 10.00am – 4.00pm with a lunch break between 12:30pm-1:30pm. For remote support, please contact our National Online service on Online service.
Walk-ins: We accept walk-ins throughout the day according to capacity. Please note that appointments take priority.
Please note that we cannot guarantee support to every person who comes to our office. There may be instances where we are unable to provide immediate assistance. Please be aware that we reserve the right to turn individuals away if our capacity has been reached, even if clients arrive before closing time. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation
