We can offer emotional and practical support, and help with completing many court forms. Please see a summary of our service provision for the specific things we can help you with. We cannot provide legal advice or support with criminal proceedings.
Like our National Helpline, Support Through Court Online supports anyone across England or Wales who is unable to access one of our local services.
We also offer an Out of Hours service through Support Through Court Online to support those who cannot attend appointments during our standard operating hours.
Operating hours
Monday – Friday 9:30am – 12:30pm and 1:30pm – 4:30pm by appointment only
Our out of hours service runs on Thursday from 4:30pm – 6:30pm by appointment only. Appointments are released 2 weeks in advance. Final appointments finish at 7:30pm
