We can offer emotional and practical support, and help with completing many court forms. Please see a summary of our service provision for the specific things we can help you with. We cannot provide legal advice or support with criminal proceedings.
Like our National Helpline, our National Online Service supports anyone across England or Wales who is unable to access one of our local services.
Note
Online Service Support Through Court office will be closed on 23rd December for the Christmas holidays and will reopen on 13th January 2025
Operating hours
Due to a lower volunteer capacity at this time, and training requirements the National Online Service has had to reduce the hours of service. At the moments there are no more booking slots available for the remainder of August. Booking slots will be re-opened from the beginning of September.
